The last couple of weeks I have been working on formalising some of the thinking and work around Risk Operations Strategy (previously the Chris Warburton group).
This has lead to the formation of a group of like minded experts in the field, the Risk Operations Strategy Group.
There is a wealth of opportunity in this area, especially the current cost conscious environment. This type of program can unleash value from the balance and P&L for investment with very little additional cost.
As a group we are able to provide more support and depth of experience in the area.
